What the Wordens Ate- Toddler Smoothie

Recently Emmylou has become obsessed with her reusable pouches and demands smoothies almost daily. I figure I might as well pack as much nutrition into those tiny pouches as I can, so I have done a bit of experimenting to find the perfect balance of fat, protein, fruits and veggies.
It’s naturally sweet, due to the fruits, but there’s no added sugar (unlike many store-bought pouches). It really is a perfect snack and SO easy to take on the go (it’s my go-to snack to pack her for the gym)! Portions are pretty small for this so sometimes I double it and drink the other half myself. Here’s what I use to make her smoothie:
Toddler Smoothie
A few chunks Frozen Pineapple
A few Frozen Berries
1/3 Banana
A few Spinach leaves
1/2 cup Milk (we use whole or almond)
1 T of Greek Full-Fat Yogurt (we use Plain Chobani)
2 t of protein (I use this protein powder)
1 t Ground Flax
Blend and transfer into the reusable pouch; use this topper to prevent spills.
Cheers!
